Canceling guest reservations
To cancel a guest reservation:
- Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
 - On the List View tab, double-click the guest stay record to work with.
 - Click Cancel. The Cancellation Reason window is displayed.
 - 
            Select a cancellation reason and then click 
			 OK. The guest reservation
			 is cancelled and the 
			 Record View tab is
			 displayed. 
		  
            Note: If a refund or cancellation penalties apply to the cancellation, a message is displayed in the message bar providing details about the status of the account.
