Using lookups

You can use a lookup to find the data that you require to specify values for fields.

To use a lookup:

  1. Click the lookup button (...) next to a lookup field.
  2. Optionally, in the lookup window, create a Dataspy or quick filter to refine the data.
  3. Select the data for the lookup field and then click OK.
