Creating guarantee methods

Create guarantee methods to add payment guarantee codes.

To create guarantee methods:

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Configure Guarantee Methods.
  2. In the Configure New section, specify the new Guarantee Method Code and click Configure. A new guarantee method code is inserted.
  3. Specify this information:
    Guarantee Method Name
    Specify the name of the guarantee method.
    Description
    Specify the description of the guarantee method.
    Guarantee requirements
    Select one or more requirement types by which the guarantee is made. Your choices are: Credit Card, Organization, Booking Agency, Direct Bill Account, and Advanced Deposit.
  4. Click Save. The record is saved, the Guarantee Method Code list is updated, and the Status of the guarantee method is set to Active.
