Generating the Guest Notes Report
To generate the Guest Notes report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Guest Notes Report.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
				
- Property
 - The property code for which the report is generated. This
								value is defaulted.Note:
You can modify this value.
 - Category Type
 - The category of the guest note. The possible values are:
- Reservation Note
 - Guest Profile Note
 - No Category
 
Note:You can select multiple category types.
 - Report View
 - The option based on which the information in the report is
								displayed. The possible options:
- Category view: The information is grouped by the category of the guest note.
 - Guest view: Displays the information grouped by the guest.
 
Note:The default value is Category. However, you can modify this value.
 - Guest Confirmation
 - A unique number generated for the confirmed guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple guest confirmation numbers.
 - Status
 - The status of the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple status.
 - Output Format
 - The format in which the report is generated.Note:
The default value is PDF. However, you can modify this value.
 
 - 
				Select the Start
						Date and the End
						Date in the Date Range section.
				Note:
By default, the Start Date and the End Date are set to the Hotel Date.
 - 
				Click Print
						Record.
				Note:
By default, the report is sorted by the Guest Name. However, you can also sort the report by Room Number.
