Sent Email

Use the Sent Email screen to view the list of all Emails sent within HMS.

This feature is used by the Front Desk employee. The screen displays these information:

  • Email Type
  • Account
  • Account Name
  • Subject
  • Email Address
  • Attachment
  • User ID
  • Error
  • Email Date/Time of the server and property.
    Note: The invite letter (Check-in and Check-out) emails sent as part of the EOD process are included.
