Automatic generation of Tourism Extract for room – Bahrain

Using the Additional End of Day process, the hotels can generate the room extract for each day. As per legal requirement this extract is sent to the government.

This extract includes data of the guest stays for the current date and revenue postings of the accounts. The extract includes data of guests if the status of reservation is set to In-House and Check-out.

The property extract file is stored in the .CSV format. The application generates the file name in this “infor__PropertyCode__room__extractdate.csv” format.
