Adding a trace, alert, or locator to group delegates
You can add traces, alerts, or locators to multiple group delegate guest stay records at once by using the Add Traces and Alerts option. A trace alert will be added to the group delegates if one exists on the rate plan assigned.

 - Select a group booking, then click the Delegate tab.
 - Select delegate records, then in the Delegate Details section, click the button and select Add Alert / Trace.
