Creating Add-Ons

Use the Add-Ons page to add the non-room items to a guest stay or a guest profile. You can also view the non-room items associated to a guest stay.

Note: Non-room items with associated activities are also linked to the guest stay or a guest profile.
  1. Select:
    • Front Desk > Guest Stay > Add-Ons
    • Profiles > Guest Profiles > Add-Ons
    Note: You can only add items to a guest stay during the booking process or check-in.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify the items related data including the item, quantity, and folio details in the Pricing Details section, based on which the record must be created.
    Note: You can specify the data in the Bundle Details section only if the Item Type is Non-Room Bundle.
  4. Click Save and Close.
    Note: 
    • The application creates a pending activity for the guest stay or the guest profile If the non-room item is associated with an activity with the status active.
    • You can view the details of the add-ons (Non-Room Bundle or Meal Plan) by clicking the underlined Item Code in the Stay 360 screen.
The values in the Guest Stay page are modified/populated based on the data you specify on the Add-Ons page. The fields for which the values are modified are Non-Room Bundle, Meal Plan, Grand Total, Guest Total with Tax.
