Creating Dataspies

To create a Dataspy:

  1. Open any list view page, select a Dataspy from the Dataspy drop-down list, and then click Edit.
  2. Click New.
  3. In the text box, specify a name for the Dataspy.
  4. Edit the Dataspy criteria.
  5. Perform one of these steps:
    Option Description
    Run To apply the Dataspy to the selected list without saving the Dataspy, click Run.
    Make Default To save the new Dataspy as the default, click Make Default.
    Cancel New To cancel the creation of the new Dataspy, click Cancel New.
    Save To save the new Dataspy and close the Dataspy editor, click Save. The system applies the Dataspy to the selected list.
