Defining lookup values for user-defined text fields
To define values for a user-defined text field that is defined as a lookup:
- Click the Record View tab.
 - In Screen Designer mode, right-click a user-defined text field and then select User Defined Field Lookup Values.
 - Click Add Value.
 - 
            Specify this information: 
		  
            
- Value
 - Specify a lookup value for the field.
 - Description
 - Specify a description for the field. This option is not available for the Code field lookup type.
 
 - 
            Click 
			 Save. 
		  
            Note: To delete a lookup value, select the lookup value and then click Delete Value.
