Merging the items

  1. Select Administration > Master Item Merge.
  2. Select the Product ID of the master item in the Master Item section. The application populates all the details of the item.
  3. Select the Product ID of the child item on the Duplicate Master Item section. The application populates all the details of the item.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • The barcodes of the parent and child items, including the details are displayed in the Master Item section.
    • In case of a conflict at a Revenue Center where both items exist, the application adds a Merge Conflict record to the Revenue Center screen on the Merge Conflict tab.
