Configuring a Modifier Group

  1. Select Item Harmony > Modifier Groups. The Record View tab is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Modifier Group ID
    A unique ID which is sequentially generated by the application when the modifier group is created.
    Note: You cannot modify this value.
    Modifier Group Name
    The name of the modifier group.
    Status
    The status of the modifier group.
    Note: By default, the value is set to Active.
  3. Specify this information in the Modifier Groups section, which is related to behavior on the POS :
    Allow Close
    Select this check box to enable the user to exit the screen without selecting the option.
    Ignore Price
    Select this check box to ignore the price associated with the modifier group.
    Number of Choices
    The number of times a modifier group can be used.
    Is Combo
    Select this check box to consider the modifier group as a combo.
    Is POS
    Select this check box to consider this modifier group for the POS.
    Is Mobile
    Select this check box to display this modifier group in the mobile.
    Is Kiosk
    Select this check box to display this modifier group in the Kiosk.
    End Date
    The date to which the Modifier Group is active.
    Group ID / ModwinID
    A unique ID generated by the application to identify the Items and Modifier Option records between the Item Harmony and Enterprise Manager.
  4. Click Save.
