Replicating the items from Parent Revenue Center to Child Revenue Center

  1. Select Administrator > Broadcasting.
  2. Select the Revenue Center (parent) from which the Items are to be broadcasted.
  3. Specify this information in the Broadcasting section:
    All
    Select this check box to broadcast all the items associated with the revenue center.
    Selected
    Select this check box to specify the items to be braodcasted.
    Items
    The items of the parent revenue center.
    Note: 
    • You can select multiple Items.
    • You cannot select the items if the All check box is selected.
    Status
    The status of the broadcasting process.
    Note: This value is defaulted and cannot be modified.
  4. Click Save. The application generates the Broadcasting ID and sets the Status of the process to Pending.
  5. Specify the details of the child revenue center on the Details tab. See Adding details of Child Revenue center to replicate items
  6. Click Action.
  7. Click Yes to confirm the initiation of the process. On successful completion, the application sets the Status to Processed.
