Adding a partner for the Item Harmony Extract

  1. Select Configuration > Databridge partners.
  2. Specify this information:
    Partner
    The code and description of the partner. Enter IHEXPT as the code and Item Harmony Data Extract as the description.
    Infor HMS User ID
    The name of HMS user. Enter DATABRIDGEINTERNALUSER.
    Infor HMS Password
    The password of the user.
  3. Select Subscriptions tab.
  4. Specify this information in the Subscription Details section:
    Event
    The name of the event. Enter IHEXPT.
    Document Type
    The type of the document. The value must be set to *.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Specify this information in the Message Delivery section:
    Address
    The address of the message delivery. Example: ftp://ftp.domain.com
    User ID
    The ID of the user.
    Password
    The password of the user.
    Special Handling
    The path to extract file. Enter DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/FileDeliverer.
  7. Click Submit.
