Auto assigning home sections

You can use Auto Assignment functionality to assign the home sections to housekeeping employees. The following prerequisites must be completed before you can auto assign the home sections:

  1. Create the housekeeping home section in the Housekeeping Home Section configuration page by specifying the section name and description.
  2. Assign rooms to the housekeeping home sections using Housekeeping Home Section lookup field on the Room configuration page.
  3. Assign a housekeeping home section to an employee using Housekeeping Home Section lookup field in the Employees configuration page.

To auto assign home sections:

  1. Select Housekeeping > Housekeeping Assignment > Auto Assignment > Actions.
  2. Select the housekeeping employees to whom you want to assign the home sections.
  3. Specify the information that you require.
  4. Click Actions > Assign Home Sections to auto assign the home section rooms to the housekeeper assigned to that housekeeping home section.
