Profile Anonymization
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation to protect personal
information in the European Union and the European Economic Area. The Profile Anonymization
feature uses data anonymization process to remove the guest profile.
The ProfileAnonymizationScheduleJob is automated process to remove the guest profiles from the database. The job is defined on the Job Scheduling screen.
The guest profile is anonymized only if there is no guest profile activity within the number
of days defined on the Parameter Configuration tab. The application anonymizes the guest
profiles if:
- There is no existing reservation for the profile.
- There is no Advance deposit on the Guest Account.
- There is no profile associated with Lease.
- There is no Activity Booking associated with guest profile.
- There is no Guest Profile Account with status Active or Pending.
- There is no Pending invoice.
- Non-zero folio balance does not exist.
- There is no Event Master associated with guest profile.
