Adding guest to the reservation

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
    Note: You can also add guest to the current reservation record created using Call Center screen.
  3. Select the Guest Details in the Navigation pane. The Guest Details screen is displayed.
    Note: You must add a primary guest to the reservation before adding additional guests.
  4. Click +Add to select a guest from the available guest profile list.
    Note: Alternatively, click search_imageto search externally for a guest profile using the Guest Search window.
  5. Click +Add New Guest to add a new guest profile when guest is not available in the search list.
    Note: You can set the FORCEGUESTPROFILELOOKUP to External to view the external search list.
  6. Select the guest record in the grid and click Remove to delete the additional guest from the reservation. This is optional.
    Note: You cannot remove the primary guest.
