Adding guest to the reservation
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

				Click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
				Note: You can also add guest to the current reservation record created using Call Center screen.
- 
				Select the Guest Details in the
						Navigation pane. The
						Guest Details screen is displayed.
				Note: You must add a primary guest to the reservation before adding additional guests.
- 
				Click +Add to select a guest from
					the available guest profile list.
				Note: Alternatively, click to search externally for a guest profile using the Guest
							Search window. to search externally for a guest profile using the Guest
							Search window.
- 
				Click +Add New Guest to add a new
					guest profile when guest is not available in the search list.
				Note: You can set the FORCEGUESTPROFILELOOKUP to External to view the external search list.
- 
				Select the guest record in the grid and click Remove to delete the additional guest from the reservation.
					This is optional.
				Note: You cannot remove the primary guest.
