| Options | Description |

| AVR | Average Rate The average rate for the night. |
| GRR | Gross Range Rate The gross rate of the room amount that is based on the Reservation Stay Date. The dates are grouped if the rate amount is the same for the consecutive stay dates. |
| GTR | Grand Total Rate The rate is sum of total stay, total tax, and total resort fee. |
| NRR | Net Range Rate The net rate that is based on the Reservation Stay Date. The dates are grouped if the rate amount is the same for the consecutive stay dates. |
| RAR | Total Rate and Resort Rate The rate includes the Total Rate (Total amount of the rate plan – expected room charge comps) and the Total resort fee of the stay. |
| TGR | Total Gross Rate The rate that is the Total Gross Rate for the stay. This rate is calculated as follows: Total Amount of the rate plan – Expected room charge comps - Resort fee - Taxes - Packages |
| TXR | Total Rate and Additional Tax The rate includes Total Rate + Total Tax. Total Rate = Total Amount of the Rate Plan - Expected room charge comps Total Tax = Tax on the Total for Stay excluding the tax amounts for room charges expected to be comped. |
