Generating the Philippines Back Office Extract data

  1. Select Administration > Extract > Philippines BackOffice Extract.The Philippines BackOffice Extract screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Extract Details section:
    Start Date
    The tax invoices created on this date and later are included in the extract.
    Note: By default, the date is set to the current hotel date.
    End Date
    The tax invoices created on and prior to this date are included in the extract.
    Note: By default, the date is set to the current hotel date.
    Property
    The property session of the user.
    Extract Method
    The extract type generated for the government agency (BIR) in Philippines. Possible values:
    • BIR Extract
    • Official Receipt Register
    • Output Tax Alphalist
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to BIR Extract.
    • The values for this field are defined in the EXMETH code on the Global Codes screen.
  3. Click Create Extract. The extract is generated based on the selected Extract Method.
    Note: The generated file is stored in the.csv format
