Assigning properties to HMS roles

Use the Role - Properties tab to add a property to a user role or update a property associated with the role. The user with the HMS role can access the property using OIDC or Ming.le.
Note: A user with Administrator role only, can access this screen.

To assign:

  1. Select Administration > Security > Role Setup.
  2. Select an existing role from the Record View tab.
  3. Click the Properties tab.
  4. Specify this information in the Property Details section:
    Property
    The code of the property to which the user role has access.
    User Group
    The user group associated with the role.
    Note: The application defaults this value from the Record View tab.
    Default
    Select this check box to set this property as the default for the user role.
  5. Click Save.
