Generating Activity trace report
Use the Activity Trace Report page to print a report of Traces added to activity bookings.
To generate the report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Activity > Activity trace Report.
- Select the property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
- 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameter section to
					filter the report:
				- Activity
- The list of activities for which you want to print the traces.
- Activity Booking
- The activity booking ID. The Traces for the given booking ID are printed.
- Trace Status
- The trace status for which you want to print the traces.
- User
- The users for which you want to print the traces.
- Department
- The departments to print the traces where the trace origination is by the given departments.
 
- Select the Sort By type options to filter the sequence of the report
- Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
- Click Print Record.
