Generating Activity trace report

Use the Activity Trace Report page to print a report of Traces added to activity bookings.

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Activity > Activity trace Report.
  2. Select the property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section to filter the report:
    Activity
    The list of activities for which you want to print the traces.
    Activity Booking
    The activity booking ID. The Traces for the given booking ID are printed.
    Trace Status
    The trace status for which you want to print the traces.
    User
    The users for which you want to print the traces.
    Department
    The departments to print the traces where the trace origination is by the given departments.
  4. Select the Sort By type options to filter the sequence of the report
  5. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
  6. Click Print Record.
