Generating the Event Statistics report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Events > Event Statistics Report.
    The Event Statistics Report screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is printed. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Group By
    The code of the entity related to events. The records are grouped by these entities. For example, Event Room, Event Room Type, Event Status and so on.
    Group By Codes
    The code of the entities that are displayed based on the value selected in the Group By field.
    Note: 
    • You can select multiple Group By Codes.
    • You can view the entities only if the Group by field is set to a value other than Event Master.

    For example:

    If Group By is set to Event Room the Group By Codes field displays all the rooms that are configured as Event Room.

    Event Reservation Status
    The status of the event reservation.
    Note: You can select multiple Event Reservation Status.
    Output Format
    The output format of the report.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to PDF. The report prints the Other Revenue column.
    • If the value is set to Excel 2007 the Other Revenue column is replaced with the User Configured Event Item Types.
  3. Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
    Include Zero Values
    Select this check box to print all Group By codes , including codes with zero values.
    Note: This check box is enabled only if the Group By is specified.
    Report Revenue as Net
    Select this check box to include the net revenue of the event, in the report.
    Note: If this check box is not selected, the gross revenue is displayed.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section to include Event records for the specified period.
    Note: 
    • The events organized on the specified Start Date and End Date are included in the report.
    • By default, the value is set to the current Hotel Date.
  5. Click Print Record.
