Configuring the online guest portal letter

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Online Guest Portal Letter. The Online Guest Portal Letter screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters Section:
    Property
    The code of the property that sends the invite letter to the guest. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Confirmation number
    The confirmation number of the guest to whom the invite letter is mailed.
    Online Check-in URL
    The URL embedded in the invite letter for online check in.
  3. Specify the Arrival Date in the Date Range section. By default, the value is set to the current Hotel date. However, you can modify the value.
  4. Click Print Record.
