Executing stored procedures

  1. Select Administration > Run Procedure. The Run Procedure screen is displayed
  2. Specify this information:
    Support Ticket
    The reference ID of the support ticket raised by the customer.
    Procedure Name
    The parameters required to execute the procedure, specified in the Procedure Name field.
    Note: You must specify the same number of parameters as it is configured for the stored procedures.

    For example: If the procedure prc_UpdateHousekeepingFrontDeskStatus requires 2 parameters, then the values for:

    • Parameter01 is VLPRP
    • Parameter02 is 106
  3. Click Run Procedure. The application displays the value in the Result Status and Result Message fields.
