Updating the folio reference

  1. Select Administration > Account Update. The Account Update screen is displayed.
  2. Click the Folio tab
  3. Select the record(s) from the list of folios.
  4. Click Actions > Folio Update. The Folio Update screen is displayed.
  5. Specify this information in the Folio Details section:
    Support Ticket
    The reference ID of the support ticket raised by the customer.
    Package Reference
    The identification number of the package associated with the Rate Plan.
    POS Reference
    The identification number associated with POS transactions.
    Originating Charge Reference Number
    The identification number of the tax, such as Additional Tax and Inclusive Tax.
    Note: The value must be same as Charge Reference Number of Tax.
    Append Comment
    The additional information related to the support ticket.
  6. Click Submit. The application updates the tax data which is displayed in the Folio Details section of the Folio tab.
    Note: This functionality helps to avoid the repetitive execution of scripts.
