Setting up Owner Room Rotation Extract

The extract output destination is set up on the Subscription tab of the Partner page of the Databridge.

To set up the extract output destination:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Partners > Subscriptions.
  2. Select an existing partner to set up the owner room rotation extract or create a new partner. For example, OWNERRELATIONS.
  3. Specify the information that you require.
  4. Click Add Subscription.
  5. Specify this information:
    Event
    Specify the event as OWNER
    Address
    Specify the Owner Relations' FTP server.
    User ID
    Specify the user ID for logging into the receiving system to which outbound documents are sent. Only enter value here if you want something different for this transaction than the one specified for the partner on the Record View tab.
    Special Handling
    Enter the customized processor for special handling the delivery of outbound events.
    Password
    Specify the password for the Databridge server user. Only enter a value here if you enter a value for User ID.
  6. Click Submit. The subscription is saved and updates the Subscriptions list.
  7. Click Administration > Daily Processing > Additional End of Day Processes
  8. Specify the process name and description. For example, OWNREL.
  9. Specify this information:
    Process Type
    Specify Other Processes.
    Process Link
    Specify OWNEREXP.
    Status
    Specify Active
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Test the extraction either by run EOD or launch it by Administration > Extracts > Owner Room Rotation Extract.
    Note: If you use this menu path to start the extract process, you must first run an EOD to see the Additional EOD process of Owner Relations in the list on the End of Day Processing page.
  12. Login into the FTP server. You must see 3 files on the FTP server.
  13. Click a file to view the content or download the file to your local drive.
