Working with additional end of day processes

Use the Additional End of Day Processes page to schedule additional end of day tasks that must be completed after the primary end of day process is carried out. These additional tasks such as extracts and reports are carried out in the order in which they are added after the primary end of day process is completed. All the additional end of day tasks that are in the Active status are displayed in the list. Any changes that you make to the records, such as making a record active or inactive, take effect when next EOD is run.

To schedule additional end of day tasks:

  1. Select Administration > Daily Processing > Additional End of Day Processes.
  2. In the Process Details section, specify this information:
    Process
    Specify the name and description of the additional end of day process.
    Process Type
    Specify the process type. Following are the available options:
    • Extracts : You can specify the extracts that must be executed in the Administration > SetUp > Job Setup.
    • Reports : You can specify the reports that must be executed in the Administration > Reports.
    Process Link
    Specify the report that must be generated.
    Status
    Specify the status of the process. The processes which are in the Active status are displayed in the list and carried out after the primary end of day process is completed.
  3. Click Save to add the additional end of day process to the list.
