Creating a defined trace

To create a defined trace:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Defined Traces.
  2. Specify this information:
    Trace Type
    The trace type for which trace is defined.
    Status
    The status of the defined trace. Available options:
    • Active
    • Inactive
  3. Specify this information:
    Trace Delivery Method
    The option to deliver the defined trace.
    Trace Delivery Options
    The option to deliver the trace based on the selected Trace Delivery Method. Available options
    • Date: The delivery is on a specific date.
    • Immediately: The delivery is immediate using the specified email address.
    • Offset From: The delivery is on the calculated offset delivery date.
    Note: The option Immediately is applicable only if the Trace Type field is set to Guest Stay.
  4. Click Save.
