Creating templates for web booking engine

The Web Booking Engine - Style Sheets screen enables you to upload, modify, and preview a template of a customer reservation portal. Through the web booking engine templates, you can configure and maintain property logos, banner images, and background colors.

To create web booking engine templates:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Web Booking Engine Templates. The Web Booking Engine - Style Sheets screen is displayed.
  2. In the Customer Logo section, click Browse to locate and select the customer logo to add to the template.
  3. Click Upload. The customer logo is saved and uploaded.
  4. In the Web Booking Engine Banners section, click Browse to locate and select the web booking engine banner to add to the template.
  5. Click Upload. The banner is saved and uploaded.
  6. Add additional web booking engine banners as necessary.
    Note: If you need to add additional web booking engine banner records to the number of records available by default, click More Banners. An additional web booking engine banner record is inserted. Insert additional records as necessary.
  7. In the Style Sheets section, click Browse for the Default Style Sheet to locate and select the default style sheet to add to the template. The file must have a .css extension.
  8. Click Upload. The style sheet is saved and uploaded.
  9. In the Property Style Sheets section, select the Property for which to add a style sheet and click Browse to locate and select the default style sheet to add to the template. The file must have a .css extension.
  10. Click Upload. The style sheet is saved and uploaded.
  11. Add additional Property Style Sheets as necessary.
    Note: Click to delete any of the logos, banners, or style sheets from the template as necessary.
  12. In the Select Color Swatches section, select the color swatch pattern to use for the web booking portal and then click Load Background Images. A confirmation message is displayed asking you whether to continue.
  13. Click OK. The images are loaded to the portal.
