Working with the room rotation room summary

Use the Room Rotation Room Summary page to view owner room rotation point totals by point period. The Point Totals section displays the following point information:

Revenue Points: Points accumulated for rules with rule type Per 1$ Revenue and stay type of Guest.
Per Stay Points: Points accumulated for rules with rule type Per Stay and stay type of Guest.
Per Nights Points: Points accumulated for rules with a rule type Per Night and stay type of Guest.
Manual Points: Manual Points awarded for the point period.
Initial Points: Initial points awarded for the point period.
Owner Points: Points accumulated for rules with any rule type and stay type of Owner or Owner Guest
Total Points: Total of points in all above categories.

Note: The point totals displayed are for the point period and are not limited to the filtering of the room type and room.

You can filter by point period, room type, and room to search for specific rooms. A row will display for each room returned by the search. You can select all or some of the rooms, then click the Actions button and select one of the following options:

Rules: Click to bring up the Owner Room Rotation Point Rules page.
Re-Calculate: Click to re-calculate.
Print Details: Click to print the details of the room summary.
Set Manual Points: Click to bring up the Manual Room Rotation Point Assignment popup where you can adjust the manual points with an adjustment reason and optional comments.
