Room rotation

Use the Room Rotation page to view and manage room rotation details for rooms with room types using the room rotation method of wear and tear. A row displays for each room that includes the room type, room points, manual points, building, wing, floor, exposure, last date occupied, last reset user, and last reset date and time. You can select all rooms or a set of rooms, then click the Actions button and select one of the following options:

• Reset Manual Points: Click to reset manual points to zero.
• Reset Room Points: Click to reset room points to zero.
• Set Manual Points: Click to bring up the Manual Room Rotation Point Assignment popup where you can adjust the manual points with an adjustment reason and optional comments. Manual Points can only be given to active point periods.
