Room status update

The Room Status Update page is used to update the housekeeping status, service level, and room status of guest rooms. The Front Desk Status and the Housekeeping Status indicate the occupancy status of the room according to that department. When the front desk status and housekeeping status are different, the room is considered discrepant and is included on the discrepancy report. You must physically check the room to determine the occupancy status. You cannot check in guests to discrepant rooms.
