Adjusting room points

Room points are based on the combination of the service type, the housekeeping status, and the room status. The number of points for each combination is set per room in the room configuration. You can use room point to estimate the workload per room. You can change the number of points per room.

To adjust room points:

  1. Select Housekeeping > Housekeeping Assignments.
  2. Select one or more rooms.
  3. Right-click and select Update Field.
  4. In the first field, select Points Adjustment and then perform one of these tasks:
    Option Description
    New Value In the New Value field, specify the number by which to adjust the points.
    Set Value to Null Select the Set Value to Null check box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Close.
