Restricting a booking agency profile

Restrict a booking agency profile for a specific property or all properties due to wrongful or negligent behavior on the part of the booking agency.
Note: If the property parameter RESTRICTPROFILEDATABYPROP is selected, you can view and add restrictions only for session property. The All Properties check box is selected if the value in the Property field is not specified.

To restrict a booking agency profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Booking Agency Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select a booking agency profile to work with and click the Restricted tab.
  3. In the Restricted Details section, specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
    Reason
    Specify the reason that the booking agency profile is restricted. Restrict reasons are created as a part of the Global Code configuration.
  4. Click Save. The restriction record is saved on the booking agency profile. Add additional restriction records on the booking agency profile as necessary.
    Note: Click Remove Record to delete the restriction record from the booking agency profile.
