Restricting an organization profile

Restrict an organization profile for a specific property or all properties due to wrongful or negligent behavior on the part of the organization.
Note: If the property parameter RESTRICTPROFILEDATABYPROP is selected, you can view and add restrictions only for session property. The All Properties check box is selected if the value in the Property field is not specified.

To restrict an organization profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Organization Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select an organization profile and click the Restricted tab.
  3. In the Restricted Details section, specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
    Reason
    Specify the reason that the organization profile is restricted. Restrict reasons are created as a part of the Global Code configuration.
  4. Click Save. The restriction record is saved on the organization profile. Add additional restriction records on the organization profile as necessary.
    Note: Click Remove Record to delete the restriction record from the organization profile.
