Adding guest profile notes

You use the Guest Profile Notes tab to record notes about the guest that will automatically copy to a reservation or walk in using the profile. When adding a note you can opt to have the note print on confirmation letters, or you can opt to keep the note private. You can also set the not to be property specific.

To add notes to a guest profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Guest Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select a guest profile.
  3. Click the Notes tab.
  4. In the Notes Detail section, specify the information that you require. See addition information about these fields:
    Property Specific
    Selecting this check-box will set the note to be property specific to the current property.
    Print on Confirmation
    Selecting this check-box will set the note to print on confirmation letters.
    Private Note
    Selecting this check-box signals the staff that this is an internal comment.
  5. Click Save. The note is added.
    Note: To delete a note record from a guest profile, select the note to delete from the list and click Remove Record and then Save.
