Adding rewards program information to a guest profile

Add rewards program information to a guest profile to associate a guest with external rewards programs that enable guests to earn points, miles, and membership benefits based on their customer loyalty. Internal loyalty programs are specific to your hotel, while external rewards programs are associated with external partners.

Rewards programs and reward levels, loyalty programs, and loyalty program levels are defined as a part of your global code configuration.

To add rewards program information to a guest profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Guest Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select a guest profile.
  3. Click the Rewards Programs tab.
  4. In the Rewards Program Details section, specify this information:
    Rewards Program
    Specify the rewards type program.
    Rewards Number
    Specify the rewards program number.
    Rewards Level
    Specify the rewards program level of the guest.
    Date Joined
    Specify the date that the guest joined the rewards program.
    Expiration Date
    Specify the expiration date of the guest's membership to the rewards program.
    Cardholders Name
    Specify the name of the rewards program member on the membership card.
    Preferred
    Select to indicate the preferred rewards program.
  5. Click Submit.
    Note: To delete a rewards program record from a guest profile, select the rewards program record to delete from thelist and click Remove Record and then Save.
