Creating a group billing account

You can create multiple billing accounts for a group in addition to the account that is automatically created with the group booking. Billing accounts that exist for a group are listed when you hover over the Create Billing Account button within the group record view.

To create a group billing account:

  1. Select Group Sales > Group Booking.
  2. On the List View tab, select a group booking.
  3. Click Create Billing Account.
  4. Specify the information that you require.
  5. Click Save Record.
