Viewing reservations in CRS

View reservations within the Call Center module on the View Reservations screen.

To view reservations in the CRS:

  1. Select Call Center > View Reservation.
  2. On the Reservation Search tab, enter the search criteria to search for the guest. You can search using the First and Last Name, City, Country, State, Email Address, Rewards Number, Starting Stay Date, Ending Stay Date, Sales Channel, Third Party Confirmation, Market Segment, and Location. You can also search by associated reservation name.
    Note: You can also use the Quick Search section to search by Confirmation or Cancellation number. Select Confirmation or Cancellation, enter the associated Number, and then click Search. The search results are displayed on the Reservation Details tab.
  3. Select a Property from the Property list and then click Search. The results are displayed in the Reservation Search Results list.
    Note: If the specified search criteria retrieves an exact match or only one record, the Reservation Details tab is displayed showing detailed information about the guest reservation.
  4. Select the reservation for which to view details from the Reservations Search list and click . The reservation information is displayed on the Reservation Details tab.
    Note: You can use the hyperlinks in the Action section of the header area to sort the results in ascending or descending order based on the Confirmation, Guest Name, City and State, Country, Property, Check In date, Rewards, or PMS Confirmation number.
  5. Click <<Reservation List to return to the Reservation Search Results list.
