Changing the reservation in CRS
Use the Change Reservation feature to modify existing reservations in the CRS.
To change a reservation in CRS:
- Select Call Center > Central Reservation.
- 
            Click 
			  . The 
			 Search Reservation screen is displayed. . The 
			 Search Reservation screen is displayed.
- Enter the search criteria for the guest reservation to change.
- Select the reservation to change and click Modify.
- Modify the guest reservation as necessary.
- Click Wrap Up.
- Click Confirm. A Confirmation Number is assigned to the reservation and the Confirmation Page is displayed.
- 
            Specify this information: 
		  
            - Confirmation Header
- Specify the header to add to the confirmation message.
- Confirmation Footer
- Specify the footer to add to the confirmation message.
- Select the type of email for the message, either Alternate or Primary, and then enter the actual email address in the adjacent field.
 
- Click Add. The email address is added to the confirmation list. Add additional email addresses as necessary.
- Select the checkbox adjacent to each of the email addresses to which to send the confirmation.
- Select the Language in which to generate the confirmation message.
- Click Confirm to Email. An email message is sent to the selected addresses and a confirmation message is displayed.
- Click Ok. The Confirmation Page is displayed.

            Click 
			 Done. The modified
			 reservation is updated, the call is automatically ended, and the 
			 Central Reservation screen is displayed. 
		  
            Note: Click Change Reservation to modify the reservation before confirmation. You can also click Associate Reservation to create an associated reservation for the guest without actually completing the reservation.
