Adding a trace to a property A/R account

Use the Traces tab to add traces to a property A/R account. You can configure the delivery of a trace to the specified email address. An End of Day process delivers a trace if an email address is specified as the recipient of the trace.

To add traces:

  1. Select Accounts Receivable > Property A/R Accounts > Traces.
  2. Click Add Record.
  3. Specify the information that you need.
  4. Click Submit to save the trace record.
