Viewing property account status

Use the Property Account Status tab to view the status and aging balances pertaining to the property specific A/R Account for a list of properties that are associated with the selected profile. This tab also displays the aging balances, the total credit limit and the available credit information for the A/R profile.

To view the property account status:

  1. Select Account Receivable > A/R Account Profile > Property Account Status.
  2. Specify the filter criteria to search the property for which you want to view the A/R account status and aging balances.
  3. Select the property for which you want to view the A/R account status and aging balances.
    Note: 
    • You can select multiple properties that include property A/R account to apply credit hold and print statement.
    • You must select Actions > Apply Credit Hold to assign credit limit on the A/R Profile and apply the credit limit to properties associated with the A/R Profile. For example, if booking.com is assigned with credit limit of 50,000 SGD, all the properties associated with booking.com is eligible for maximum credit limit of 50,000 SGD.
    • You must select Actions > Print or Email Statement to print or email the A/R Statement report, using the Print A/R Statement.
    • The Credit Hold check box in the Property Credit and Aging section is selected to indicate that the credit is limited to the selected properties.
