Deleting guest messages

Delete guest messages from a guest reservation. To delete a guest message, you must have sufficient system privileges to perform the action.

To delete a guest message:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. On the List View tab, select the guest stay record to work with and click the Messages tab.
  3. In the Messages list, select the message record to set to delete.
  4. In the Message Details section, select the Completed check box.
  5. Click Remove Record. The message is deleted from the Messages list.
