Canceling guest messages

Cancel guest messages that no longer need to be delivered to the recipient.

To cancel a guest message:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. On the List View tab, select the guest stay record to work with and click the Messages tab.
  3. Select the message record to cancel.
  4. In the Message Details section, select the Cancelled check box.
  5. Click Save. The message is removed from the Messages list.
