Completing a guest message

Complete a guest message to indicate that the message has been delivered to the recipient.

To complete a guest message:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. On the List View tab, select the guest stay record to work with and click the Messages tab.
  3. In the Messages list, select the message record to set to completed.
  4. In the Message Details section, select the Completed check box.
  5. Click Save. The message is removed from the Messages list.
