Modifying shares using the stay wizard

Modify guest accounts included in the Share Summary using the Stay Wizard. All changes applied to a guest stay using the Stay Wizard are applicable to all guests sharing the room.

To modify shares using the stay wizard:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. On the List View tab, select the guest stay record to work with and click the Share tab.
  3. In the Share With Details section, click Stay Wizard. The Stay Wizard window is displayed.
  4. Select the record to work with from the Detail View list.
  5. Add or update information in the Apply Changes section as necessary. Refer to Modifying guest stay reservations using the stay wizard.
  6. Click Save. The guest accounts associated with the share are updated.
    Note: In some cases, a confirmation message is displayed in the message bar clarifying an aspect of the change asking you whether to continue. Click Yes to continue with the change and close the message bar, or click No to cancel the change.
  7. Make additional share changes as necessary and click Close. The Share tab is displayed.
