Calculating property rates

Calculate property rates to determine the cost of a length of stay based on the number of guests and the established room rates for a property.

To calculate property rates:

Select Front Desk > Availability > Display Rates. The Property Rates page is displayed.
Specify this information:

Rate Plan

Select the rate plan to use for the calculation.

Currency

Select the currency to use for the calculation.

Length of Stay

Specify the number of days that the guest will be staying.

No. of Adults

Select the number of adults who will be staying in the room.

No. of Children

Select the number of children who will be staying in the room.
Click Calculate Rates. The rates are displayed for the date range and each available room type for the selected rate plan.
