Starting HMS

Infor HMS is a web enabled and cloud-based application to manage hotel property. Your browser must allow cookies and enable JavaScript to access the HMS login page.

  1. In the browser, type the URL provided by the system administrator and press Enter. The Infor HMS login page is displayed.
    Note: You can bookmark the login page (add it to your Favorites list), you can provide your user ID in this URL: http://YourServer/web/base/logindisp?userid=YourUserID. If your user ID contains a "+" symbol, then you must substitute "%2B" for the "+" symbol.
  2. Type your user ID and password and then click Log In. Start Center home page is displayed by default, unless the system administrator has set up a different home page for you.
    Note: Periodically the system requires that you change your password. You can do so at any time.

  3. Alternatively, click the Forgot your Password? link in case you cannot remember the password.
