Waitlist Report Overview

This report lists all reservations that are in Waitlist status for the specified date range.

You can filter the report by specifying property, maximum waitlist priority, VIP level, rewards program, and loyalty membership level. You can optionally include loyalty membership level. You can select to show package rates. You can sort the report by waitlist priority, confirmation number, or arrival date.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• If multiple values are entered on multiple fields on the report parameter screen and at least one value is in conflict with another value, no records will be returned.
• This report applies the VVIP functionality.
• The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
