Linked Profiles Report

This report gives a list of linked profiles for guest profiles, organization profiles and booking agency profiles. The report includes profile ID, profile name, and profile type of primary profile then includes the linked profile ID, linked profile name, linked profile type, linked profile status, linked profile address, and linked profile notes.

You can filter the report by profile type, guest profile, organization profile, and booking agency profile. All profile filters are multi select. You can optionally include profile notes. You can sort the report by profile name or profile ID.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• If the user selects a profile which has no other profiles linked, the system will skip this profile and moved to the next selected profile.
• The report will not return any records when a Profile Type is selected and a value is entered in any of the Guest, Organization, or Booking Agency look ups.
• If there are multiple profiles linked, each linked profile will be on one line and grouped by Profile Type then sorted by Profile ID.
